Hi,
I've a Toshiba Satellite X200-21g with Debian lenny running on it.
Almost all work with linux. Only some minor device are missing the party..
actually I'm trying to give operativity to my remote control...
I ones booted Vista just to check if it all was working and the remote
worked like a charm that day.
On linux I don't see any device...
I compiled LIRC from source with "sir" driver but i don't know wich
sir/fir io is the right one, neither wich IRQ.
I readed that some laptop need smscinit to be launched BEFORE been able
to see the device and use it.
I don't know how to move on here, any help would be appreciate, thanks,
Daniele
ps:
i compiled an install report here (unfurtunately it's in my native
language [italian] and i still hadn't enought time to translate it in
english):
