Thanks Tim, sounds good, I did notice on Toshiba's website Linux section most of the 'forum' entries are for Ubuntu albeit the entries are sparse and about 10 per year. I will make sure to try it. My son thinks he heard something about Toshiba considering releasing a Linux laptop, and I dont see why not considering Linux is free to distribute...that would be great.
