I've ben watching this entire thread, and I'm curiouse. There was
mention of getting actual supporting documentation from Toshiba. Is
this true? One VERY active problem with many Toshiba laptops, such as
the P105-9722, deals with data that is literally wrong, and users end
up with video card fans that don't turn on for laptops which have the
7900 Go GS card. The general solution is to boot under window, then
reboot under Linux and the fan semi works after this.
Getting the REAL information from Toshiba could provide a solution
for these laptops.
