| tlinux-users Mailing List is prepared for users who use Linux on Toshiba Note PC. This convention is set up for their comfortable use and to follow the rules settled by Toshiba Linux Support Desk. Users shall agree to all the contents of this convention before joining the Mailing List. |

| 2. Subscribing tlinux-users Mailing List |
| Users who want to subscribe to tlinux-users Mailing List need to fill in the necessary information under the specified step. Before going through subscribing process, users shall agree to all the contents of this convention. For users who are under the age of 16, protector's consent is essential before subscribing to this mailing list. |

| 3. Subcontracting of operating tlinux-users Mailing List |
We may entrust all or a part of tlinux-users Mailing List operation to a subcontractor. We will provide user's information to the subcontractor to the extent necessary to operate the mailing list. Such information will not be used beyond the extent necessary for the original purpose. |

4. Treatment of user's personal information |
| Before we ask for provision of personal information from users, we will specify the purpose of use in advance and we do not use such information for any other intents. If we need to use such information beyond the original purpose, we will explain new purposes to users beforehand. Users can decline our offer of using personal information by their own judgement if they do not agree to the new purposes. |

This is an open Mailing List. Every parts of every posts will be released from this website and opened to all ML users. Your registered email address will also be disclosed. Please note that your signature will also be published if you put it on your email. Users shall not use any information on this list except for using open sources for Linux. |

No Slanders nor criticizing to members is allowed on this list. |

No e-mails that only a specific person can understand. |

No violation of RFC/HTML/BASE64/inter-talk within a few people. |

Please pay your close attention as much as you can not to make a distribution errors. In case it happens, we will stop the distribution. |

If we see any obstruction to the ML operation, we will stop the distribution, and/or delete your address from the list, according to cases. |

In conformity to the culture surrounding Linux society, please keep the spirit of 'help each other' in your mind. Your response to questions from members are greatly appreciated, even the same question comes in after it'd been settled before. We believe that your participation is the most valuable power to make the ML grow. Please be positive and active member on the ML! |
