I have received the Bios Update v1.11a floppy by mail for my toshiba 1605 cds. The upgrade does not work. It will not install. I have lilo dual boot setup on this laptop. Does anyone know of a way to work around this? |

| 09/08/2000 [tlinux-users:00822] I've been trying to recompile the latest 2.2.17 kernel (the official version released last week).I've found that something has gone wrong with apm. The problem is in the suspend/resume cycle. The computer now appears to suspend successfully, but upon resume, it hangs. |

| 03/02/2000 [tlinux-users:00404] (running RedHat 6.0 or 6.1. on T8000s) To switch from the CD-ROM to an internal ZIP, I have to do a hard shutdown. If I suspend, change, then unsuspend, the BIOS gets confused and reboots the computer. Is hot swap possible? |
